Hi, I'm AKI

As a UX/UI designer, my previous experience in Customer Success has provided me with a unique set of skills that I believe are beneficial in UX/UI design. My experience working in e-commerce, specifically with Shopify, has equipped me with communication, research, and data analysis skills, as well as has given me an eye for detail and a passion for designing intuitive interfaces that enhance the user experience.


I believe that understanding the user is paramount, and I am dedicated to creating designs that are intuitive and easy to use. I am excited to continue learning and growing in this field.

  • Led the rebranding of a local brand's mobile app due to its original functional limitations and lack of user-friendliness.

  • Conducted extensive market research and competitor analysis.

  • Developed customer journey map and user flows.

  • Created a distinctive visual style for the brand through UI design, effectively addressing the initial problems, making the app more user-friendly while preserving the brand's original style.

  • Conducted 60+ customer interviews to shape main user personas for Growave (UX research).

  • Built a Customer Journey Map for three main user personas.

  • Improved the content in the app in order to make it easy to understand for all users (UX writing).

  • Did market research, tested hypotheses to reduce churn and enhance product performance. Resulted churn rate drop by 0.9-1%.

  • Led a 5-person Customer Success team to support merchants using the Growave app. (Intercom, Helpcrunch, CRM, Jira, Trello, Mixpanel).

  • Effectively hired, mentored, and onboarded new employees.

  • Executed product tours to boost user activation and product adoption (Userpilot).

  • Automated processes and launched email campaigns for customer retention (Intercom, Usercom,

  • Created business metric reports from the ground up using Mixpanel; analyzed metrics and devised strategies to influence them, leveraging Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Shopify Partner Metrics.
